- BARBACOA / (beef) - Roasted beef loin in guajillo pepper and a special selection of Mexican fine herbs.
- TINGA / (chicken) - Pulled chicken breast in a tomato chipotle sauce, with caramelized onion.
- CHAMPIS / (vegan) - Sautéed mushrooms, finished with guajillo pepper and spices.
- NOPALITO / (vegan) - Cactus paddle strips with caramelized onion.
- CAULIFLOWER / (vegan) - Deep fried battered cauliflower tossed in our homemade buffalo hot sauce.
