Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us at info@santopecado.ca and we will be happy to discuss your concerns.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If there's an exception, and you are granted a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
