CLASICO TACO BAR MENU
- CARNITAS / (pork) - Slowly braised in its own fat, finished to a crisp texture.
- BEEF SUADERO. Mexican style beef brisket slowly roasted in its own fat.
- CHICKEN PIBIL. Annato citrus marinated chicken breast.
- BARBACOA / (beef) - Roasted beef loin in guajillo pepper and a special selection of Mexican fine herbs.
- TINGA / (chicken) - Pulled chicken breast in a tomato chipotle sauce, with caramelized onion.
- CHAMPIS / (vegan) - Sautéed mushrooms, finished with guajillo pepper and spices.
- NOPALITO / (vegan) - Cactus paddle strips in guajillo sauce.
- CAULIFLOWER / (vegan) - Deep fried battered cauliflower tossed in our homemade buffalo hot sauce.
- GREEN BEANS / (vegan) - Sautéed green beans with onion, tomato, and spices.

- SALSA VERDE / (vegan) - Tomatillo, serrano pepper, onion, garlic, and cilantro.
- PICO DE GALLO / (vegan) - Diced tomato, red, onion, cucumber, salt and a splash of Mexican lime juice.
