Spring is around the corner and I too wish I were planning to take March break in a sunny beach in Mexico, but the best I can do for now is to use my imagination and apply the good old “Acapulco en la azotea” (Acapulco on the rooftop) with an order of fish tacos and a Margarita from my favourite bar (Reposado, of course!)
